1 cup bran flakes
Fresh peach slices
8 oz fortified soymilk
1 English muffin with apple butter
Lunch
Lentil or black bean soup
Sourdough bread with margarine
Raw baby carrots
Granola bar (check label to avoid milk or egg ingredients)
Snack
Fruit smoothie made with 1/2 cup soymilk,
Frozen banana and 1/2 cup strawberries
Garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Raspberry sorbet
1 cup fortified soy milk
Snack
5 whole grain crackers
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Fresh fruit juice mixed with seltzer
protein , vegetable , vinaigrette
